Professional Housing: The smarter suburbs and neighbourhoods, and also the inner city apartments. Rents vary from £100 per week to £300 per week.
Student Housing: The area around the University campus, where property is let to students and rent is typically paid on a 48 week year. Rents vary from £35 to £45 per student per week. Accommodation tends to be of a very high standard. We can advise on HMO rules, specifications and all matters pertaining to student letting. There are approx 11,000 students in Hull.
DSS Housing: The poorer quality housing, mainly terraced housing, which is rented out to tenants who are eligible to claim housing benefit. Naver has specialist knowledge of this sector. Rent is paid monthly in arrears directly by the Department of Social Security and the amount of housing benefit paid is dependent upon the property and the tenants circumstances, however, the average would be approx £60-90 per week for a 2 bed mid terrace house. There are approximately 30,000 housing benefit recipients in Hull.
New builds: This can be new build on a new site or renovation of an inner city warehouse or the like. We can easily let and manage these types of properties typically to the professional market.

Property Prices:
£40-60,000 would buy a two bedroom terraced house in good condition, let to a mixture of DSS and working people. Rents varying from £60-90 per week.
£60-£100,000 would buy a more substantial period terrace house with three or more bedrooms. These are more likely to be let to working families. Rents varying from £80-£100 per week.
£100-£150,000 would buy Inner city apartments. These are normally one to two bedrooms and would typically be let to young professionals. Rents are typically £100-£150 per week.
